Adam and Eden fell in love as teens despite the fact that they live on twinned worlds with gravities that pull in opposite directions. Ten years after a forced separation, Adam sets out on a dangerous quest to reconnect with his love.
When I first saw this movie from a vendor selling pirated copies (hehe), I thought it’s just another rom-com with a shitty plot. Two worlds upside-down, oh common. But still (like many obviously shitty movies I’ve seen), I gave this one a shot. And it showed me!
Sure the plot i pretty basic, two people from different worlds fell in love, so they went against all odds to be together, and so on, but the cinematography! The cinematography or effects whatever you call that is amazing! Those angles and concepts, just WOW. The inverse rain, inverse cocktails, when they were semi-flying and running in the forest, and that ‘spiderman-style’ kiss, only this time, it was Kirsten Dunst on top 😀 and was that ‘sex in the air’? :p
