Mademoiselle (2001)

Director: Philippe Lioret
Stars: Sandrine Bonnaire, Jacques Gamblin, Isabelle Candelier

Mademoiselle (2001) is a story of a woman called Claire (Sandrine Bonnaire) who is married , with two children and enjoying a successful career as medical representative. He mets Pierre (Jacques Gamblin), a performer, more like a comic when his  group performed at Claire’s company’s event.  The two made a connection and for 24 hours talked to each other, made love, etc.

My friends and I made time to catch a film at the French Festival. Fortunately, it’s Mademoiselle! This film is so not-pinoy in a good way. Though it’s kinda bitin, it possesses a short, sweet and sensible story. Sandrine Bonnaire was awarded as Best actress in the Cabourg Romantic Film Festival in 2001 for this film.
